Nursery Support Staff - Flexible

Are you ready to feel loved, special and important to many babies and their families?! This role is ideal for someone who has worked with children in the past or feels that it might be their calling!! We are looking for a new smiling face to support our enthusiastic team in caring for our children!

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

We can provide all training depending on your experience, so whether you’ve worked in a childcare setting or not, we are ready to welcome the right person into our family! There are also opportunities for you to grow your skills within the role.

ATTRIBUTES & ROLES :

A smiling face to greet the children and parents An enthusiasm to try new sensory activities and be thrilled if you are covered in them Able to give hugs when needed Can sing nursery rhymes on repeat, of course, with a toy cow on your shoulder Superhero skills such as feeding several children at once and also encouraging them to grow their independent skills Talents that include reading a book upside down whilst keeping an eye on the several children around you We would like you to have a little bit of craziness and quirkiness Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many babies and their families. There is simply no job quite like it!!

Senior Early Years Practitioner - Level 2 or 3 FT / PT

£18,000-£22,000/year

Are you experienced and passionate about childcare?

Do you want to help create a magical childhood for the children you care for, filled with wonder and curiosity?! We are looking for a new smiling face to join our enthusiastic team! Kiddywinks are committed to providing high-quality Early Years care and education for all children.

Loving care, learning and development of all children is at the heart of our nursery enhanced by the relationships we build with parents' and families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Level 3 or 2 qualified early years practitioner. A relevant childcare qualification - NNEB, BTEC, CACHE or NVQ Level 3 or above.

EXPERIENCE:

At least one years experience working in a professional childcare setting is preferable.

ATTRIBUTES & ROLES:

A friendly and positive mindset with an openness to flexible practices especially when working as part of a team Experienced in delivering high quality childcare Able to carry out day-to-day activities such as feeding, toileting and helping the children to grow their independent skills Able to keep up to date with safeguarding, health and safety and welfare policies A good understanding of policies and practices within a childcare setting and ability to apply these. Value a child-led approach to learning and nurture from your heart Confident and able to deliver play based learning, for example dancing, singing and playing a musical instrument all at the same time.
